I've bought two HP computers, both of which were advertised as "new". Neither one was. They were refurbished. I was upset when I got the first one but decided to try it out. I loved it. However a few months later we had a devastating flood in Kentucky, everything was destroyed. Ordered a second one, it was fine for a short while, then had issues. I returned it and ordered this one. It is BRAND NEW and I'm amazed at how well it operates! Very fast and efficient! Also has the one year warranty through HP which the other two did NOT have.

Labtop is s super fast, has plenty of memory, I use multiple apps and programs while hearing music has slowed down, use it for school, good battery life, touch screen is a must makes me search faster and easier when taking down notes

This product had good reviews, received this laptop today, loved the screen size. However plugged it in and it wouldn’t get past one screen. I had two options to shut it down or go to the main screen which wasn’t even the desktop. Computer appeared in good condition. Not sure what is going on. Returning and not ordering from this company again.

Starts up fast due to the large 1 TB SSD. 32 GB of RAM keeps all the windows open and functioning you could ever want. Everything is to like about this laptop. The only downside is the limited processor. Having only 2 cores is a small limiting factor for some of the more intensive software. If you want a lighting fast laptop for general home use, this is the one and at a very reasonable price.

Love the larger screen! It's light, battery life, and lightning boot up makes this laptop one of the top performers in my experience!

The computer does not have touch screen. The wide screen is nice. This is a middle-tier HP computer according to one HP rep. I have been pleased. Someone contemplating buying one ought to consider where it is in the life cycle of the computer. In other words, has this computer been out for a long time. Is a replacement model coming out soon. I did not research this point.

This is a revised review. I was very happy with this laptop at first, but I thought there was something wrong with the display colors. Certain websites looked washed out, and I spent many hours on the phone with HP Support, even sending the laptop to a repair center at one point. It turns out that this model only supports 6 bit color, not 8 bit, which should have been explained on my first support call. Instead, they spent hours by remote, trying to fix something that was unfixable. It was shockingly bad support from HP, and it came as a real surprise to me that modern laptops can vary so much in their display quality. I ended up returning this computer for one with a better display, and the seller was very cooperative in processing my refund. Again, the laptop itself was very good, and 8 bit color is displayed on an external monitor. But if you are using this for creative work and need true colors, just beware of the hardware limitations. Four stars for the seller, zero for HP Support.
