It says mycelium but it taste like reishi and looks like it too.....great product....not as strong as other brands but very good when you taste it and see it...red powder that taste like reishi. Works great. Especially if you have any discomfort or feel like you're dying from pain...Reishi is the mushrooms of immortality..#1 go to when you feel like your dying from any organ pain; kidney, liver, spleen, prostate, heart. Just remember your sick so the dosage for a sick person is normally not the same as what is recommended for a regular individual....and it's an adaptogen....which means you could take a bunch of them and you will not have any bad side effects..next is. Chaga mushroom is next or maybe above but immortality is what comes to my mind when I'm trying to stay alive....works every time.

I started taking Reishi Mushrooms 2 months ago. I just had blood test done and all results were better than never before. I feel full on energy and healthier. I am glad to have incorporated Reishi Mushrooms to my supplements diet.
