Ming Shi 2000S Adjustable Double Edge Safety Razor

A lot of processing defects are recognizable, especially the electroplating defects on surface. I can clearly see the zinc alloy layer underneath, and the damage will expand! I have been doing quality work for decades, and I don't understand why they let it pass the QC. I guess they either don't have QC or it is supposed be sold as B-grade product.

I spent over $50 for my Merkur Progress 3 years ago and thought it would would have been the best adjustable razor. I was skeptical when I saw the good price and the made in china logo but figured I would give Ming Shi a try. Glad I did! This razor gave me a very smooth, comfortable shave. I like this razor more than my Merkur ! The Ming Shi or Q shave looks like a quality razor, no crooked or bent pieces from what I could tell, the blade locks in as you would expect. I liked the adjustability offered by the Ming Shi. I use #1 on my Merkur and used #2 on the Ming Shi. Gave me baby smooth shave with 2 passes.

This razor is top quality for an unbeatable price. You get a smooth comfortable shave. Just adjust the settings that fits your beard. Best DE razor I have used. It's shaves better than my German Razors.
