This stuff works
I patched a flat roof but ended up with some bad leaks, used one whole tin of this spray, spraying in layers and letting dry in between. We have had no leaks since, great stuff.

Excellent
Used to seal leaking gutter. Product worked well I did as per instructions and success, no leak. Great value for money,easy to use, between applications left for about 15 minutes. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes on a dull winters day to dry ,I found.

Had a long term leak in conservatory roof. Used a can on and around the area of the leak. So far so good no more leaks
