Insta360 ONE RS Battery Base

This battery is wonderful, the new size was decided for the RS not the R and honestly insta360 totally mismanaged this. I do have a beautiful metal cage and the camera doesn't fit anymore, so do the plastic cases . Having said that I ended up being happy with the change because this battery last 20/25% longer and it's not trivial. Amazon fortunately sell a new metal cage that works perfectly with this battery and is not pricey. They should have come out with this size the first day when the original modular insta360 R was released. Anyway I fixed my problem with a small expense, the price of this battery is also very low so with two batteries and one cage it's less than buying two of the old battery and there is additional longevity (photo has the R with this battery and the new metal cage)

It is the actual OEM item.Works great, holds great charge.

Works but the camera didn't

They're OEM batteries, so the quality is factory standard.I have four of them, now, plus the one that came with the camera.

This is my 2nd extra battery. It is an OEM so you know it is good. The price is not much higher than the aftermarket ones, so don't take the risk of harming your $400 camera.

I like that it arrived on time and works great. The unfortunate part is that it is ever so slightly thicker than the original battery for the One-R (which I couldn’t find anywhere) and because of that it won’t fit in the case that came with my One-R, so I had to buy a case for a One-RS .I’d like to see it specified that they are thicker, and if you are using it for a One-R you will need to purchase a One-RS case as well, because I couldn’t tell when ordering

Got this for my Insta360 Rs and I am glad I got it , giving my RS a few extra hours of use was just perfect. Also you can’t go wrong for the price it works for the Insta360 R as well , but just be warned that it won’t fit with the R housing since it’s a bit thicker , but you can get the housing for the RS by itself . I really recommend.

I was a little concerned that the battery would be slightly bigger (meaning, it wouldn't fit in the cage), but it's exactly the same size as the one that comes with the One RS. Nice having an extra battery.

Ich habe diesen originalen Insta360 Akku für meine One RS gekauft und bin absolut zufrieden. Der Akku ist nicht nur kompatibel mit der One RS, sondern auch mit der älteren One R(*) von Insta360, was ihn sehr vielseitig macht. Die Akkulaufzeit entspricht der des mitgelieferten Akkus der One RS und bietet sogar eine längere Laufzeit im Vergleich zum Originalakku der One R.Mittlerweile habe ich drei dieser Ersatzakkus erworben, um unterwegs immer genügend Power zu haben. Bei 360° Aufnahmen mit meiner One RS hält eine Akkuladung etwa 45-50 Minuten. Diese Zuverlässigkeit ist für mich entscheidend, besonders wenn ich länger unterwegs bin und viele Aufnahmen mache.Trotz des höheren Preises im Vergleich zu Akkus von Drittherstellern lohnt sich die Investition in das Original. Man kann sich darauf verlassen, dass der Akku die versprochene Leistung erbringt, ohne das Risiko von Ausfällen oder unerwarteten Leistungsabfällen.(*)Ein kleiner Hinweis für Besitzer der One R: Der Akku passt nicht in das Case der One R. Hier benötigt man das Case der Insta360 One RS.Insgesamt eine klare Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der auf Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit setzt!Ich gebe 5 von 5 Sternen.
