Taste and ease to drink every morning

I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but the format was intriguing. I love that they come in individual shot packs that travel well, or keep in your purse or glove box. The texture is slightly thicker than juice, but not a gel (what I was expecting for some reason). The flavor is a little concentrated, but tastes mostly of elderberry and dried fruit - like prunes. Very convenient and tastes great.

Usually very healthy things are not necessarily the tastiest. When I first tried an envelope I expected the big “yuck, ugh, yack” and not the tasty smooth consistency of this supplement.It is not only delicious, it also helped me get over an ugly bug I couldn’t shake.Supplements are not like for example headache pills, they take time and the benefits will normally sneak up on you. This worked amazingly fast and combined with other medications I have started to breathe better, cough less, have less sinus pressure/headaches.I really recommend this product and if you’re not on the go, I suggest getting the bottle for a better environmental impact.

I had come down with a bad cold & flu and wanted something strong to boost my Immune system and help fight it off. The Instructions tell you it is best to take on a Empty stomach for Maximum absorption of Liposomal ingredients so I took it first thing in the Morning. I took it straight and the taste was far from Yummy but It is what I expected for a vitamin supplement. These are individual single serve Tubes of Liquid Liposomal 1000 Mg vitamin C and also contain Vitamin D, Zinc, Elderberry, Pelargonium, Vitamin K & Ginseng. These are all good Immune system boosters and the packaging makes it very convenient to get them all in one dose.You do however pay a premium for this convivence. At $49.99 for a box of 30 these are $1.67 per serving but when I'm feeling sick I don't want to mess around with individual bottles of supplements and these were a blessing for me. It's often hard to tell how much vitamins and supplements help you getting over your cold or flu but I believe in the ingredients and think this did help me.

These little packets don't taste terrible, but I also don't think they taste good either. It's kind of hard to describe what they taste like but the best I can come up with is watered-down prune juice.I couldn't really tell if they worked or did anything for me, but I did take one a day for a month and didn't have any side effects either.

Good dosage, easy to take, excellent for preventing colds. Flavor is good, easy to mix with a bottle of water to dilute.I work with kids and find preventing essential. I can guarantee it will keep you from getting sick but it's the best line of defense we have.Liposomal is a process where the vitamin is encased in an oil to help it through stomach acids intact. More research is needed there.

I have been using the Aurora Nutrascience Lipsomal C-buster immune supplement for over a week to help recover from an illness. I did not notice an uplift in energy or any improvement the first few days of taking the liquid. It has a salty taste and is very strong if not added to juice or a beverage. I choose to open the liquid packet/vial and drink it directly for convenience. It likely would be more palatable in juice.I was drinking the liquid first thing in the am but I was experiencing an upset stomach. I started drinking the liquid after eating and I have not experienced an upset stomach this way. I continue to take the liquid vitamin as it says it is good for respiratory health and sinus support. I have not experienced a notable uplift from the supplement but will continue to take it to help with immunity because of what it claims. However, I am unsure if it is potent enough for me to fully recommend or reconsider for the future. I will update with further time an use.

I still picked up a cold from my daughter who attends daycare, but in reading about the delivery process in your body of this supplement, I think it makes sense and isn't just a gimmick. Maybe I need to take it for a longer period of time in order to prevent catching the common cold. The taste is good and its easy to take on its own without water or anything.
