fit-Headless DP

The product picture shows a displayport to mini-displayport adapter in addition to the mini-displayport EDID emulator. The product description states that it works with both mini-displayport and displayport. In a Q&A, the seller states that the adapter is included. But what I received did not include the adapter.Without the adapter, this is no use to me. Going back to Amazon.

I am using this in VR to generate a second screen in programs like Bigscreen Beta and Virtual Desktop.It does give me a second screen without having a second monitor, but it is very laggy. Around 2 seconds of lag. What I am broadcasting on that second screen is audio/video, so it kinda sucks.Will try HDMI dongle next.

on my 2012 Mac Pro it only has one resolution of 1280 x 1040 The description says fit-Headless DP supports 36 different resolutions from 800×600 up to 4088×2160.TO GET AROUND THIS DOWNLOAD FROM THE APP STORE THE FREE DISPLAY MENU APPLICATION.

This worked perfectly. Now, every time I connect remotely to my desktop (which operates as a server without a monitor) I don't have any need to change the resolution. This did exactly as it said it would.

This lets me remote desktop with Chrome on my htpc that is using an AMD Radeon 290x. When my receiver turns off, it behaves like a headless computer and I normally get a blank black screen when remoting in. This simulates a screen that is always present letting me remote in whether the actual monitor is on or off.

It's doesn't enhance remote the Mac mini via screen sharing, with or without this dongle same refresh effect! in fact I feel without it better !!Just lost my money!!
