Cute Inexpensive Cookie Monster Balloon
My twins are Cookie Monster from obsessed and loved this balloon! I was able to blow it up with a regular straw.

Too cute
Cookie Monster balloon was durable, big in size, and looks just like Cookie Monster. The air retention was not great. Something must of happened when blowing him up. The hole was giving me issues when it came to initially assembling. My child loved playing with Cookie Monster and it served its purpose.
