I purchased the Anker 551 8-in-1 USB C Hub to improve efficiencies with my online business (iPad) and my day job on a Microsoft Surface Pro.The foldable tablet stand is a convenient addition, making it a versatile solution for both devices.The design keeps my desk free of wires and I can switch devices in an instant, whilst still using the same monitor, keyboard, mouse etcThe product is very solid and heavy (in a good way) and feels worth the money. I paid £59.99 but to be honest, after owning one, it is worth the usual £99.99 price-tag.Highly recommended for multi-device users!

Excellent stand, works equally well with my Microsoft Surface Pro and with my iPad Pro. Useful when you need to Power the iPad and use other accessories such as MIDI keyboards etc. Very stable even with the large and reasonably weighty Surface Pro sitting on it.

Just received this anker hub, which I wanted to sue with both my ipad pro and macbook air. Works great, its quite heavy so does not wobble and is high quality material as expected from Anker. Always been a fan of the brand and this has delivered yet again. 4/5 for travel option as it is a little heavy and should be for your desk really, but the option is there.

This is a great combined stand and hub for the iPad, and close to what I was looking for. It’s sturdy, holds the iPad very securely, and folds flat – the best of both worlds. It also holds the iPad a little higher than other stands, which is better for ergonomics. So far so good. It charges an iPad reasonably quickly and all the ports work as expected.The most obvious downside: why are the USB ports USB-A instead of USB-C? Now that pretty much everything is USB-C, I have no USB-A gear any more and have no use for these ports. Why is it so difficult to find a hub with multiple USB-C data ports? Additionally, that big flat area on top of the hub seems like a wasted opportunity – why can’t we have a Qi charging pad in there? Finally, why isn’t there an option to charge the iPad via its Smart Connector instead of USB?Overall, though, these are minor niggles. It works as expected and is a nice integrated solution.

Bought this for my husband as a gift and he loves it. He can link his tablet up to a bunch of screens and computers and it looks great on his desk. Well made and functional!

Good quality build, and has been working well.

I had to return this stand even though I think it is a solid stand with good functionality.I always use a case with my Ipad for protection however the Ipad Air 13 does not fit in the lip of the feet if you have a case on it, If you are using a folio case you can easily detatch then this isn't a problem but if you are using a case with side protection the feet are not wide enough, I don't want to have to remove my device from a case everytime I want to dock it. If they released a version with slightly wider feet I would probably buy it and rate it higher. Another slight flaw is it can get a bit tippy with 13 inch tablets.

I'm using it with a Windows PC at the moment (Asus G14 2022), I've have also used this dock a lot with a MacBook Air. Actually I have two of these each dedicated to a TV, facilitating one-cable plug-in in those rooms.It supports Windows, macOS both perfectly, up to 4K at 60Hz. Sadly, variable refresh rate isn't working to an LG C4 TV however the laptop is only HDMI 2.0b and I can't say for sure why VRR isn't working.
