I am not a frequent review, however I must for this one. It is a great piece of equipment if you like to understand what happens under the hood and can save you a lot of money at the shop. And the level of support I received from the customer service was really good. Friendly, patient and seeking to understand my questions and ready to help. Benchmark seller.

This is my second Autel scanner. The first one was good enough for basic functions, but I need to scan for abs and srs errors which the first one did not have. This one not only can scan for abs and srs but has a lot more other functions and features. The size of the screen is good and the response time is very good, too.

I originally purchased the mx808 because it showed it had what I thought I needed. Actually it didn't come close. It did not do anything with the tire sensors it just looks, kind of. You have to pay more and get the one with TS after the number. I missed the black Friday deal because of the misleading abilities of 808 unit. :( no big deal right. My own fault. But i guess it's buyer be wear..... if you look closely. Some with offer one year support, others two for the same product. You have to watch the numbers too. The MX808 vs the MS808 vs the MK808..... then throw in the MB or TS when you look at the advertising.... it doesn't match from the company. The user friendliness is alright. Not for the do it yourself in many ways. For instance, live data. Why can't you just look for live data for what part you are monitoring instead you have to go under trouble codes then click on the fault code then you can pick live data. Of the functions that it does, it does pretty well. It is VERY model and brand specific for abilities.

Easy to use and saved me a lot of time & money.

The software is so buggy, you can’t even register it , and therefore it’s unusable. It’s now a big paperweight. Obviously their developers don’t know how to successfully create production software. Here’s a hint: have a test plan and don’t let your developers do final testing of a release. Duh!
