SpencoRx Orthotic Arch Cushion 3/4 Length Comfort Support Shoe Insoles Women's 9-10/Men's 8-9

I've worn various pairs of plastic orthotics for years--custom, store-bought, plastic, rubber. They seemed to work, but they always had problems. I have high arches, and few were high enough. All of them were firm to hard, and they were not extremely comfortable. What a great surprise to find these! They have high, firm arches, yet are not hard. They're soft and flexible. Sure, they won't fit in high-fashion, high-heeled shoes/sandals. But they do fit into pumps with 2 1/2" heels. They also fit into all of my other shoes. And my feet don't hurt at the end of the work day! I haven't had these long, so am not sure how well they'll wear. But from the other reviews, and from their seemingly sturdy construction, I'm guessing they'll be helping my gait and soothing my feet for a long time.

Can't live without these. I am completely flat footed. "No hope" say the doctors, soft inserts only. sigh. My feet ache so freaking bad. I bought three pairs of these to put in my current shoes- I ended up putting them right in over the inserts that are already in the shoe.They make my Sperry's fit better. Even my Brooks Ariel's - I had to put these over their inserts. Their inserts were too hard- great support, but hard - this made if fantastic. I almost have normal feet in those- my family is amazed- my feet are upright!These make my feet bearable - the other things - esp the Brooks improve things too- but without the Spenco's - they would not work for me. Yay, Spenco!!

I have been purchasing these supports for over 20 years and they work great! They support without rigidity, which my high arches appreciate. And best of all, I can cut them at the bottom edge to adjust for my 1-size smaller left foot, so that the arch support hits that foot at the right spot. It's why I buy these instead of rigid supports (and since they affordable I can put a pair in all of my boots and shoes)!

Fits just right for those shoes where the toes are just a little tight. Like the fact the cushion is just that, not too hard, not too soft. My feet are in the beginning stages of plantar fasciitis and these have seemed to stop the pain. While I've worn now for only 4 weeks, my work buddy swears by them. Her feet issues are more severe than mine, but her podiatrist highly recommends the Spenco brand. She says it solves almost 80% of feet issues. I will be purchasing add'l pairs for more of my shoes.

These inserts definitly add a layer of cushion. They do not, for me at least, provide sufficient support for my plantar fascitis.I do like the thin profile which makes them usable in slender shoes. There is an arch support component, it is just to soft for my issue.The gel although comfy, feels like walking in a squishy wet shoe. Takes a bit to get used to. I do like them, but not as a plantar fascitis support system.

I first began using Spenco insoles many years ago when I developed plantar fasciitis, and an arch support was recommended by a doctor. It takes a long time to recover from that problem, and I even glued these into sandals, so that I could wear them always. The arch support is perfect for me, and the 3/4 length leaves my toes with plenty of room. Also, they hold up for a very long time, without 'flattening' in the arch area. Even when I recovered, I kept using these and I buy a pair for every new pair of shoes. I have a very high arch and until I began using these, I never realized that my arches had caused me foot and back issues for a long time. Occasionally I have tried other brands, but always go back to Spenco. For me they have become indispensable, and I hope Spenco never stops making them.

Spenco insoles were recommended by two orthopaedic doctors, independently of each other. I use the 3/4 length and they are very effective in relieving heel pain. My daughter has the Polysorb Walker/Runner Athletic full length and they have helped relieve pain in the front of her foot. Comfortable and durable. It is recommended to replace them after 1 year.

I have back problems and if I am on my feet for a couple hours, my feet hurt also. I had an old pair of these in my closet and after trying them for a few days, ordered two pair of these new ones. My feet never have felt better and my back hardly bothers me at all. The 3/4 size is good for me as my foot is wide through the toe, and these do not take up any room in that area. This style is all soft, even in the arch area. They also make styles with a firmer arch support. I have not tried them. These are perfect!
