I take this every morning, and it seems to give me energy. My mood is also improved when I take this.

I've used this B complex for many years, since I realized that vitamins B6, B12, and Folic Acid have been shown to reduce inflammation, and possibly heart disease. I was not absorbing the oral supplements, based on blood work, so I researched, and discovered sublingual is a very effective way to absorb water soluble vitamins. Every blood test since, has shown excellent levels of B vitamins.

Quick funny story - We're in our mid 70's and our family doctor has been telling us for years that we would need to start B12 shots as we got older - Each check up he'd say "Now you're doing great now - but we'll probably need to do the B12 shots as you get a little older" - - OK HOW OLD, Doc??? We're 75 and 76 NOW?Last check up he said "Your B12 is hold up amazingly well - you and your husband would have made good pilgrims the way you are doing physical labor around your home and gardens at your age" I said "Well to tell you the truth - we've been taking this B Total B12 Sublingual - - that you call quackery - for 15 years - and THAT is why our B12 is holding up - - and we won't be NEEDING your shots" :-) Great stuff - great flavor - first thing in the morning before anything to eat or drink - one dropper under the tongue - hold for 30 seconds and swallow - - And then wait 15 minutes to eat or drink anything .....And even "in our senior years" :-) we go like a house a fire from way before daylight to about 6pm - -

I have been taking this on and off for over twenty years. The immediate effect of it seems to lessen if you take it every day, so I don't take it as a daily supplement, but rather as a boost in times of stress.If the niacin causes you to flush and redden, DON'T TAKE SO MUCH. Every body has different tolerances, and with all supplements you should tailor the dosage to your reaction to the substance. Start out slow, see how you react, and then adjust the amonut you take accordingly. If you are upset because it doesn't come perfectly suited to your particular body chemistry, you are living in a dream world.

good quality, fast shipping, correct product and well priced. what else could you ask for? nice and potent it gives you that flush feeling and calming after effect that realy gets you through the whole day alert and ready to handle the; shall we say enexpected stuff that can come each day. sure coffee works excelent too... for awhile; but this stuff has endurance you cant get with coffee. besides if it does not give you the energy you need its still good for you right?
