I think it does what it is meant to do which is to increase nitric oxide in your body. But I do wonder about the 70% added sugar content per serving. Yep. Fully 70% per serving is just added sugar.

My mom has been using these Salus Red beet crystals for years and always makes sure there's a jar in the pantry. When she feels anxious or angry, she can feel her blood pressure rising and will drink a cup of beet juice (crystals + water) which almost immediately helps to lower the 'boil' (as our family says). We see that it really has aided her in stressful situations. She likes that the crystals provide her an alternate method of immediately getting the nutrients and enjoys the beet crystal flavor. We have never had an issue with clumping and she does keep the jar tightened to ensure moisture stays out.
