Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil Travel Size, 3 Ounces, Keto Supplement for Sustained Energy and Fewer Cravings

Part of my ketogenic diet. A bit in my coffee in the morning to hopefully awaken and rev up my mind. Not a scientific assessment, of course, but I do like the addition of it in my coffee, knowing that it is of benefit to the brain. I have a subscription for it.Apparently the science is not yet in on whether MCT oil actually improves cognition or not. It's a healthy oil, so I'll consume it in the meantime, just in case. I can use all the help I can get. :)Edit: welllll, when I put the oil in my coffee, an hour later it makes my gut unhappy. Tried decreasing amounts for several weeks, and still had cramping and worse. Adding cream to my coffee did not help.But I discovered that when I pour a quarter to half a teaspoon in my yogurt, no problem. If a reader is having intestinal issues after consuming MCT oil, perhaps a drizzle on yogurt or some other food could buffer the intestinal effect?

I really wanted to love this Bulletproof C8 MCT oil because of all the energy and brain-boosting claims, but unfortunately, it made me gain weight. I used it exactly as directed—adding 1 tablespoon to my smoothies—and while it did give me a small energy boost, I started noticing water retention and fat gain within a few days. It might work well for people on strict keto or low-calorie diets, but for my body, it just didn’t work.

Definitely quick energy; mental boost especially. Tasteless, mixes with any food or beverage I have tried.The only problem was that the box arrived with oil stains all over the internal packing and the outside box; indicating significant leakage. I did not want to take the time and bother to call about this, but I would appreciate a replacement bottle.

Great product! I like the pouring spout on the cap. I would have given it 5 stars, but the bottle arrived with the inner seal slightly loose and oil on the packaging paper.

I bought one more bottle just to make sure it might be work I still feel the same I'm used to the taste now I don't pour it on my food every morning I put some on a spoon and that's it ..you smell nothin you taste nothing

A bit on the pricey side. But, I like that it's only C8 and nothing else. And there is no taste. I had tried another brand that was a mixture and I couldn't tell a difference. (And the taste was not so good.) I know it's sounds too good to be true, but I felt a difference the first time I used this one. I'm so excited. I feel I have more energy. I'm starting with 1 teaspoon a day and hoping to work up to 1 to 2 tablespoons. Hoping too to see some weight loss. Too early to tell.

Solid product, I’ve used this for the past year and it’s a great additive to give me more energy from my coffee. Love the bulletproof brand and use most of their coffee products also.

I read this is very good for your brain fog. I ordered this a few times and I can't say I feel much different. I will try one last time. But I feel its false advertising.
