Perfect treadmill for home use
I’ve had this about a month now and use it 4-5 times per week. I’m 5’10, about 180 lbs. I run/walk briskly on it. This machine is sturdy and seems well built. The track is long and wide enough for my stride. Nothing fancy about the control panel, which I feel is a plus- it’s intuitive and straightforward to operate. I only wish there was a pause button, rather than having to stop or let the track keep going while I check on whatever animal/child/spouse is making a ruckus in the next room. The plastic panel that covers the front gears was cracked when it arrived, as noted in other reviews. It’s a relatively thin plastic and the whole unit is big, heavy, and difficult to ship. I was frankly relieved that was the only damage. It seems to be a consistent issue, so they likely need to figure out a better way to package that part. it is a cosmetic issue that in no way affects my ability to use the machine, so I did not contact the company. Assembly was easy because it comes mostly put together. Getting it up a flight of stairs was the hard part. Definitely a 2 person endeavor, and I suppose, a good warm up for a brisk jog.I did a lot of research and am very satisfied with this purchase. It doesn’t have a lot of frills, but it’s well built, meets expectations, and is worth the price.

Allow oil to seep into the motor before using.
It is a great machine. I prepaid to have a professional assemble the product. At first, there was a noise coming from the machine as if something was loose. In fact, I was all but ready to return the product. Not only was the noise a factor, but the belt didn't move quickly. Allowing it to sit for a few days, I was about notify the seller that I wanted a refund, but I turned it on and pushed some buttons, and the belt was moving at a normal speed, and the noise disappeared. I can only think that the oil was allowed to seep into the motor, and it became operational. I am now happy with the product.

Looks the part, it’s a damn nightmare when having to make adjustments
I don’t know if I’m an idiot or if this piece of equipment is just cheap. I’ve had the treadmill for almost 2 months. Still I can’t get the treadmill belt from slipping. I’ve oiled the treadmill over and over and still get a burning smell around the 2 mile mark. The instructions are so vague. If your belt slips turn this screw 1/4 turn, if that doesn’t work turn this screw 1/4 turn. If that doesn’t work turn the other screw again. It’s just never seemingly working correctly. Now I’m in a position where after two months of trying to get the treadmill to work properly, I tried to make some adjustments this morning and it’s pretty much back to square 1. The treadmill track won’t even move at 3 mph when I’m standing on it. It’s easy to assemble and looks the part of a nice treadmill but god help you if you have to make adjustments. I’m at the point now where my next adjustment might be right out to the curb for someone else to deal with it.

With the folding, it is perfect for a basement area with
Product was simple to setup and ran right out of the box; however in shipment there were several parts broken. The vendor did an excellent job to replace the parts. Excellent product and excellent customer service .

Motor stops working
The motor on this stopped working within a year. I reached out to the seller and was sent a replacement. That one stopped working within a couple months. I’ve given up and tossed this thing out. Very disappointing. The 2 stars are for the seller sending the replacement, not for the product.

Treadmill
This treadmill is advertised as 3.25 HP with 300 lb weight limit, extra wide belt. It arrived with a motor size of 2.25 HP. I paid for the advertised treadmill. Seller is explaining that HP listed on motor And instruction booklet are incorrect. This is false statement from seller.
