I like the way the S8+ stays in the holster even when it is bumped or the holster is removed from the belt.The case is easy to snap on the phone and stays on. I can also remove the case easily to clean.I like the horizontal orientation for inserting the phone into the holster. It feels more natural to remove the phone in my hand in the position I use it.The buttons are very easy to press and when I set the phone face down on a surface, the corners of the case keep the glass off it. All the ports are open and easy to access. The headphone jack has worked with every plugin I have used.I have had to replace the case once because I hooked it on the car door a few times and it finally broke the swivel clip.I have and would purchase this again to keep as a spare. The cost is very reasonable for the quality and durability.

Bought this product for my Samsung S8 plus and the second day I had it my elbow accidentally hit outside of the case while stepping up to the curb. The phone dropped to the ground on the edge of the case. When I picked up the phone and looked at the screen knowing the case saved me from having to buy a new phone, the screen cracked from the bottom to the top in web fashion. I contacted the seller for info and i received no reply.

I rarely write a negative review.However, this case is lousy. It does not properly secure the phone and the phone falls out way too easy. I have owned this same style of holster in the past. The big difference being the phone dropped in from the top. No issues there.Had I noticed this negative I never would have wasted my money on this holster.The only pros are a clean slim profile a nd decent clip.

What's the point of a case that doesn't actually protect the entire phone? It literally just covers the too and the bottom not the sides. And it easily falls out. Wouldn't recommend

never get the holsters where ur phone enters thru the side. it will catch on things and slide out. always get the type where they slide in from the top, works much better. i got this holster when the S8 had just been rolled out and couldn't fin a top side holster. i'll never waste my money on one of these again (i had one on my S7 too).

The case covers the proximity sensor enough and does not allow the screen to turn off when you have it up against your ear. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Samsung tech support to figure it out. 3 hours I'll never get back.

I've always used holster types of cases. The Galaxy S8 proved hard to find with a vertical holster. So I decided to try this one that comes out either the side or top. Low and behold, once I got used to it, I like it. I think a vertical holster is still a better choice, but this works ok.

Beautiful color (rose gold) and it gives you a way to prop up your phone to watch videos or to hold more securely (because you can stick your fingers through the stand loop) and has a way to clip it to your waist when you are out and about.
