They did not stick to anything we stuck them to, but they did manage to leave food stains. They also didn’t dissolve. I think what they mean instead of edible is “safe for human consumption“ They are definitely not good for decorating food

Take the time to flavor them. I had to warm guests not to eat them even though they are edible

Flowers come in a sealed plastic bag. Good shape. They are flat when they arrive. Just a little bending of the wafers/flowers and they are good to set on your cake. I put them on crushed cookies and they didn’t stay put but on frosting they do.
