Buy it now, do not hesitate. If you need a real medical eyepatch do not waste your money on the $5 versions, they are useless. This however is excellent. It is well made, adjustable, and very comfortable. Rather than strap around one's head it simply fits down onto one's head like a crown would. It looks good and is sturdy and does not move around. The pleather is decent enough though I don't think it's real leather. Even so it's very nice and looks good too. The patch itself is convex so you can wear it and blink without your eye or eyelashes being touched. I selected $2.99 shipping and got it the same day. Well worth $23 spent.

My original patch was a kidz black, suede one bought in 2003. 1 strap was gonna fray apart any second. Looked at way 2 many patches. Ah gotta small head. Am a little. Was disappointed about how long the strap was, at first. The patch itself was exactly the same size as my suede 1. Am livin in a real small town in WA n nobody wants me drivin! Luckily 4 me there was a huge sale at a leather workers website n ah ordered a leather punch. It came fast n a friend fixed it for me. Now it fits perfectly n it looks kewl! Not just 4 FURRIES! I’m officially a fan of this here eye patch n wld recommend it to anyone who has a detached retina in one eye. Yeehaw. This is not a toy. This is well made n comfortable. Imma mink oil the heck out of it to waterproof it n mold it to my face. Mahalo Nui Loa for makin this!

The Fluidmaster eye patch seems to be well made. Its adjustability far exceeds all others I have tried. The only issue I have is that after wearing it for a few hours, the skin around my eyes really sweats and becomes irritated.

I'm using it for post eye surgery and for lazy eye treatment. Yes, it's not genuine leather but it looks like it is. It's well made, comfortable , and looks and works better than the others I've tried.

Need a eyepatch for Binocular Double Vision which means I can only see with one eye at a time. I am in treatment again and not allowed to wear 15 prisms for 30 days. Impossible to function without this wonderful eyepatch. Tried 2 different ones from drug stores and all they do is crunch up and wrinkle my eyes and forehead, itch me to death and tangle up my hair. They were terrible. This eyepatch is made of genuine leather and the coverage is far superior to over the counter products. It looks so much better (if you have to wear any kind of eyepatch) and I forget that I have it on. Well worth the money. Nice handmade item.

I needed this to cover my damaged eye. It was the most utilitarian design I could find with the option for overnight shipping, but I should have read the reviews better before buying it.This patch is flat. Completely flat, no curve whatsoever, so it sits against the eyelid. That's technically fine since I need a patch that keeps my lid closed, but being flat means that if I tighten it enough to stay in place then the bottom of it is pushed outward so it no longer sits against my face. If I loosen it enough that it sits flat against my brow and cheek, it moves around.It would be easy enough to hand shape if it were real leather, but it's absolutely imitation leather. It has a weird plastic sort of smell and the black is painted. It does not look like stain at all.I wasn't expecting a ton for $20, but I definitely expected better than this!
