It's an excellent product but is not compatible with my F350 Ford heavy duty pickup truck

The scanner comes in very handy and has deemed very useful, but you will have to really take your time to figure out this unit on your own. The instructions that come with it are very basic and does not go into much detail into all of the features and functions. For example, it does not describe what the "expert mode" is or what it does when selecting that function to clear codes verses the normal code clearing function. If you try to contact customer support, you can only do so through email and their response time is about 48 hours. In my case, the customer support team was not helpful at all in answering my questions. They actually had told me that they can not recommend a product for my engine while having the exact product for my particular engine which made the customer support seem really uneducated on their own scanners. In summary, it is a great tool that has been very helpful, but you will need to spend time learning how to use all of the functions on your own.

worked great on my Ford truck as described , it found the codes that were in my transmission, I went to the auto parts store and had them scan my truck and they could not find the codes, so it was worth every penny to me

the scanner operated correctly, but I expected the update to really "update" the scanner. software update will NOT operate on MAC. The update is to model year 2022
