Beautifully smooth and muffled sliding.
I've used cheaper sliders in the past for tables and chairs, but I figured a little extra money for Teflon might be worth a try.I was not disappointed, Smooth and much quieter sliding than the old ones.I'm using these on kitchen tile floors with grout. It leaves no marks and I have no fear of damage.9 Thumbs up.

Easy install, no scuff marks
Use these to replace the fuzzy stick on ones on heavy wooden swivel bar chairs. They were easy to install and glides easy and quietly on tile floors. So far they holding up well despite these chairs are very heavy. Also no scuffed marks on the floor

Easy install and slide well on our carpet
Needed to replace the felt tips on newly purchased foot stools, since they are on carpets. The felt was dragging, and the tips were coming off rapidly. These slider tips worked great. Used a small drill bit to create a starter hole so as to avoid bending the nail point (something I always do before putting nails into wood). Pushed them in with palm of hand, then lightly tapped them firmly into place. These sliders worked out so well that I added them onto all the other furniture pieces we already had (end and coffee tables) so as to make future carpet cleaning much easier.

cheap and effective
bought these to try, as they were substantially cheaper than the name brand models. I had originally tried adhesive sliders on kitchen chairs, but they all fell off eventually, leaving the sticky residue and a mess on our wood floors. The nail on versions definitely do stay in place more, and with careful installation (small pilot hold helps), didn't damage the furniture. These are slightly smaller in diameter and depth as magic slider versions, but the plastic material seems to be the same, and are just as effective in allow easier sliding and manuevering of chairs. Pretty happy with the result, didn't need a 20 pack, but at the same price point as name brand, why not?

They have a rounded profile.
Our tile floor has joints between the tiles. Glides with a flat profile tend to follow the joints, making adjusting the location of the chair difficult. Simply scooting the chair up to the table after seating can be difficult. These glides have a rounded profile that isn’t influenced by the joints. We’re changing the glides on all of our chairs. Hint: Fill the old hole with wood before installing new glides. I used skewers that hold hamburgers and wraps together. Perfect diameter.
