Blender shuts off, on it's own after 1 minute
This is a nice blender, I do find it annoying that is shuts off after 1 minute. I know this is a feature so you don't burn the motor out. I use it mostly to blend nut milks, so a minute doesn't cut it. It looks nice on my counter and cleans easily. There is no rubber ring to worry about. and it holds a lot of liquid.

Great affordable blender!
I purchased this blender because I wanted an affordable way to mix my kava kava. It did a wonderful job at that task. I’m not a blender expert or anything. It has multiple functions which is nice, and I’m looking forward to exploring these functions with fruit and stuff later! I’m not sure if it’s a drawback or a common thing, but it seems to time out after a few minutes. If you unplug it and force it to go again your concoction gets noticeably hot. So I don’t think I would recommend that. I believe if you use it the way it was intended and don’t abuse it it’ll be a great unit! It makes kava great.I’m happy with this purchase and I’ll try to update in 6 months or so.

Travel cup not included
Most of the photos show a pitcher and a travel cup. The small cup is not included and very little to indicate that. No cup sold separately warning, etc... Used the blender twice so far. I got this because of the pulse feature. My last blender had a pulse button that automatically turned it on and off with one press. This one has a pulse button but you have to press it and let it go manually, not really any different than the press-down bullet blenders. However the "EXTRACT" button does turn the blender on and off but just takes a lot longer than my last one. Old blender auto pulse turned it on for about 5 seconds then off for 2. The EXTRACT button turns the blender on for maybe 20 seconds and then off for a few seconds. Only used it once so far... will do what I want (let ice and heavy clumps fall back into the blades). The only other silly thing is you have to turn it on AND turn the cup/pitcher until it clicks. Why not have it turn on when you put the pitcher in all the way? It's confusing when the buttons don't work because you either didn't turn it on OR twist the cup enough into the base. I'm sure we will get used to it but seems like it could be made a lot more user friendly and intuitive with just a minor change to how it turns on. The EXTRACT button would be better labeled Auto or something.
