The clear front plastic window was broken; I had to replace it for a thin piece of glass. It worked!

This came very well packaged and looks great on the wall. The once negative is it doesn't feel very sturdy when you open the door to access the inside. The latch is pretty flimsy and the whole thing feels unbalanced on the wall when you open the door. For my purposes, I wanted to display some mini pop vinyl figurines and do not plan on opening the door often now that they're set up so the sturdiness isn't a problem for me. But if you are planning on opening this frequently, you might need to watch out for the latch and make sure it is very securely mounted to the wall.

The product works great for us and holds my daughter’s hand made trinkets and special keepsakes/toys perfectly. There does appear to be tiny cracks near the clasp where it is tightened down but it isn’t a big enough deal to bother me and it still closes fine. For the price I paid I can’t complain. It was a good addition to their bedroom wall, they like it a lot.

A great cabinet to display action figures, legos etc. Has a latched door and mounts on a wall if required.

The concept is cute, but the execution is awful . Very cheaply made. Arrived cracked and the back was separating from the frame. We ended up trying to fix it with white gorilla tape, as this was to be a Christmas gift for our daughter.

Overall, the quality of this product is great. It looks nice, and in general seems to be made well. The only issue I have is with the latch/clasp used for the door. Though it does stay closed after hanging it (so far), I would've preferred it to be a hook-type latch to be more secure. I am unsure what the type of latch they use is but it's not terribly secure and a bit flimsy (can bend easily). I am never 100% sure I have it seated properly once closed.

This product arrived fast and was packaged really well. However, when I unboxed it there was a groove worn on the edge of the inner part of the door. My wife was going to distress it anyway but disappointing that it was damaged

Pro: Product is as it appears., so there should be no surprises that the shelves are not adjustable and taller shot glasses/ curios cannot fit.Con: Hinges are slightly crooked which means the door has to be lifted a little bit to latch. Not a big deal for me personally, but it speaks a little to the quality of workmanship.

Should have listened to the other negative reviews because mine also came broken - the back of the glass supports are gone, the edges of the cabinet busted in, and the side latches broken. it is going to be too expensive to return and will be a lot of annoying work to restore, buying paint and a sander and latches... Should have stuck with a local in-person product, sadly.

I didn't put it up straight away as it was a gift and then I noticed the edges were loose, since I put it up it has come totally loose and I want to return it.
