I have had the single Waterdrop under sink kit for the last couple of years due to living in a rural area and the water company in Pembrokeshire often over chlorinating the water. When the filter needed changing this time I upgraded to the three filter version which also came with its own very solid little separate tap for filtered water. The whole system was easy to fit, with no leeks but took my wife and I about a half an hour or so because we both struggle with aging knees and backs! Well worth doing yourself though as the setup is clearly explained and very well labled. Initially, the first day we had an issue with water taste, however after contacting Kimberly a Customer Service Rep at Waterdrop she quickly identified the issue and remedied it straight away by sending out a replacement PP filter which arrived the following day and took literally 5 seconds to swap over, (water is now very similar to expensive bottled water!) Kimberly is an excellent customer service rep, she is a credit to Waterdrop and I will definitely buy more of their products in the future, great product, great customer service!

Easy to install. All you need is a power driver.Especially for including the hose adaptor for different diametre.Water from the tap is now completely tasteless, which is what it should be.Be prepare that water pressure will be lowered slightly after installation.

The quality is good. The size is normal, it fits perfectly under the sink. It is a bit hard for the installation, there may be some leakage happening, but it can be solved by using the telfon tape provided. The water now is clean to drink.

Quality product, easily installed , water no longer tastes of chemicals.

Dose not clean the UK tap water.i've install this yesterday but there is not much deferent then the tap water i took some water test yesterday inculeding bottled water the resoults are very poor.i attached test resoults pictures for you to see .i think the fillters don't do the job.
