There is no lock for placing the filter cartridge in the water reservoir
The product, as I received it, does not include a mechanism for locking the filter cartridge to the bottom of the water reservoir. Without the locking mechanism the filter cartridge floats and does no good. Perhaps if you purchase this product the one you receive will be complete. Mine was not. Good luck, but I'm returning the one I was sent.

Worked perfectly. Simple instructions included, and a year's worth of filters (6) make this a good deal, for all those with somewhat older versions of Keurig one-cup coffee machines. Not that I can really taste the difference between my filtered water and the unfiltered water I've used for years. Might say something good about Swampscott, Massachusetts' water.
