Excellent Product..
Easy to use, build quality is good. Sound and bell quality also very good 👍🤩

Needs to be improved
Connecting takes lot of time, goes offline frequently, back online when someone press the bell, despite having 100 mbps Wi-Fi not able to live stream as it keeps loading and loading, motion detection does not works, does not works for independent houses - in my case I have to install it 35 feet away from router that is near gate , it simply goes offline so this device was only for apartment flats not for independent houses,it's charging drains very fast, and getting heated while charging, optional wired connection details were no where to be found, device was very laggy takes it own time to connect,Overall its software needs to be updated, if someone wants this device for independent house, please note that it does not work, it's only meant for apartments,Update after receiving replacement-The 2nd product I got was used one ,not new one, it has same problem of going offline,battery drains very fast,charger gets heated while charging ,So I decided to return replacement product as well, thankfully this tins there is return option.

Pathetic product
Stopped working within 4 days after installation. Absolutely horrible experience. The phone rings after several minutes after someone presses the bell. It worked only for 3 days and it shut down. I installed it 5 days after I received the package and now my return window is also closed. I feel thuged with this experience.

It would have been good to have lan connectivityLatency is goodSometimes no notification if mobile app is not openNo additional controls like doorbell button in alexa/ google home which can be used for automation, you can only view it as camera which is a downside

Very Useful and Safe
The recording and play back option is very good.Two way calling is also excellent feature.I can remotely calla the device.If option for sim card is there it would be even more helpful as it entirely depends on wifi.Overall highly recommend device for ones home safety.

Good product but wifi quality can be improved, range is little less for tenanments. For this price range its good item. Video quality is also good.
