Bearded Garage BG-CSSJ-1 Car Windshield Sunshade, White

I can confidently say this sunshade has been a huge benefit. I live in Texas, and as we begin to move towards the nigh-unbearable heat of summer, the mercury mounts higher and higher and cars turn from useful transportation after an hour or so in a parking lot into almost literal ovens. Personally, I have an older car and it's somewhat sensitive about being put on hard right after turning on, so 'hop in and blast the A/C' isn't a good option for me.In steps the Jumbo Shade. It's easy as pie to unfold and put up, completely covers my entire windshield and the skirting also gets some of the door windows, and it works quite well. I've used it every single day at work since receiving it, and the difference is immediately noticeable when getting into the car at 5:45. It really blocks out the sun, too, and it looks rather good while doing it. No awkward silver accordion sunshade for me, thanks, I'll stick with the sleek grey circles instead.Now, they ask for feedback and I will say this: folding it back up is a bit tricky. Even with the instructions provided, I still have some difficulty folding it back up properly. But it's honestly a minor complaint - the fifteen or thirty seconds it takes to fold it back up is well worth the much lower temperature in the car when I get in. With a dark colored car and leather-style seats, any relief of that scorching heat is a big help. I'm more than certain the Jumbo Shade will continue to see lots of our summer sun for many, many months.. (no seriously, the summer heat doesn't quit until September-October).But in all seriousness.. Overall, five stars, A+, would buy again. I like it a lot, would definitely recommend, the lightweight structure and ease of use are big pluses, and it's just all around a good sunshade.

I was not a fan of the Car Sun Shade Jumbo for the following reasons:(1) Fit - I bought it for my 2005 Subaru Forester. While I could get it in place to block around 75% of the front windshield surface area, putting it up was always a struggle. On the best days it would only cover 85% of the surface area. The corners folded in always exposing part of the windshield. Plus, it always took about 60 seconds to get it set on the windshield.(2) No Aluminum Reflective Material - There is no aluminum reflective material on this. The plastic is just a silver color. I don't think it reflects much sun to be honest with you. My steering wheel still felt hot when I got back in my car.After using this for about a month, I bought an accordian folding aluminum-covered shade from another vendor. I am really happy that I did. It goes on in about 5 seconds, is a perfect fit for my vehicle, and keeps the inside of my car much cooler. This was a better choice for me even though it was about twice as expensive as this sunshade.

I love the streamlined/one piece design of this item without it being the flaky, accordion style visor. I've always been a fan of the pop up disks, but finding the "right size" for your particular car can sometimes be a pain in the rear. This, however, fit perfectly, with plenty of extra space (that isn't cumbersome) if I ever end up with a vehicle that has a larger windshield.Oh! And it smelled nice, came with an air freshener (of the company's logo which I enjoy) and sunglasses clip for your visor. My car has a place for sunglasses, but I hooked it onto my toddler's carseat and now he has access to his little sunglasses too!

Really love this sunshade. It fits my Mustang GT perfectly and works great. I am taking 1 star off though because it should come in more colors as I would have liked it in red to match my car. I also took 1 star off because its takes a few extra seconds to get it to fit into the storage pouch, although I rarely use the pouch anyway. I will definitely say this sunshade is much better than the folding accordion one I had before which started flaking into little pieces all over my car. I'm a busy guy and didn't have time to be vacuuming my car everyday, so I’m super happy to have found an alternative to the paper accordion style. I will also mention that the customer service has been awesome and the owner contacted me through email to make sure everything was ok with the purchase. I have no problem giving a full 5 star review for the company under seller feedback and have already done so.

I use this product in my 2011 Civic and 2003 Sable and it covers the entire windshield. One of the things I disliked about my previous window-shade coverage was how cumbersome it was to put away/get out to place. This product is effortless to setup and can quickly be compacted. It's also small enough to store it in the side passenger door. Beyond making my car substantially cooler, I'd recommend this product to anyone in need of throwing some shade in their shield.The folks behind the product were just as good. They personally emailed me for feedback and when I told them of a small shipping issue (not their fault but Amazon's) they were proactive in offering resolve. Solid product, solid dudes!

This sun shade is great. Its reliable and gets the job done in keeping the car shaded. The neat thing about this as well is that the company who makes this also threw in a free sunglasses clip for the car and also a great smelling car scent tag with their logo. Very neat and generous. My only complaint is that the directions on how to refold the sunshade to put it away may as well have been in Latin. Very confusing and hard to understand. Picture directions would have been better because currently it just sits unfolded behind my seat when not in use. Due to the fact that I cant figure out how to fold it up for its case.
