The Velcro wears - easy to clean and love the built in ice pack
We have had ours for a couple years. I love that you can freeze it and don’t have to worry about additional ice packs, the big downfall of this bag - the Velcro wears quickly and it does not close. Wish they had a bottom or zipper to fasten it closed.
