Organizational Behavior: Essentials

Great textbook for my OB class. Easy to understand and very interesting to read. I rented it and wish I had purchased it.

It is the book assigned by the instructor, so it is fine in that regard. I would prefer to have the notebook style of textbook, so I don't have to carry around a bunch of heavy books for my classes. Loose leaf notebook also makes it easier to read a chapter at a time, instead of fighting with a book that keeps closing itself.

used it for my college class, that was about it. But it did come in good condition, and no complaints. Served its purpose.

Great book

I rented this text book during a semester at college. It was very useful and informative. It was laid out really nicely and it was easy to remain focus on the reading. I got a B in the class as my professor forgot to erase the answers off of the study guide and he used it for the final because he didn't have enough time to make one. hahaha

The book was pretty much in brand new conditions (only had 1-3 highlighted parts). Otherwise brand new.. nothing wrong and nothing missing. I love the product and hope to buy more from the same company

I found this textbook to be incredibly helpful for the class I was taking. The accompanying online personality tests, values assessments, and organizational leadership preferences were also helpful and contributed to my learning experience.
