Love! Love! Love... at first the rocks were a struggle, but then put the glass back on the hooks, before fully closing it I added the rocks and they fell as is. So happy with this purchase!

I was worried with the size of this that it might not warm up the room enough but it does the job more than enough!! It is amazing! I love the colors too. I definitely don't regret this purchase.

Beaitiful in my fireplace. Works great and gives a lot of heat. The colors are nice and the ability to raise the flames. I love not having the old fireplace we couldn't use.

Great product, gives off a lot of heat!

It works great for what I need it. Recently my husband and I bought a new home and wanted to add a fireplace. We didn't want to spend a ton of money since we have a lot of other things we need to do to the house so we found this one. We use it mostly for visual purposes and haven't used the heat all that often because we have 3 small children and are affraid they would burn themselves. So for us it works perfectly which is why I gave it 4 stars since I cant say weather or not it is effective in heating a room. I will say if I could make one adjustment it would be to control the flame speed I wish it was a tad slower sometimes.

Have had it installed for four months and we are enjoying it more than anticipated. LED screen works great and creates flame like ambiance. Didn’t buy it for the heater, but as it turns out we are using it every day to heat our sun porch. My experience is the heat blower works well and the unit is never hot to the touch, which was my concern. Pleasantly surprised.
