unresponsive on apps at times
it is a Good phone but has faults. for whatever reason the apps are unresponsive at times and you need to restart the Phone to get them working again which is very annoying. also the face recognition does not work all the time to open the phone. my wife has the s22 which also has the same problems as the s22+ that I have. I never had this problem with the s10 I own.

Pleased with my purchase sold by Amazon and delivered by Amazon. If your spending this type of money its best to get it direct from Amazon for a UK specification mobile.
