The product is a little runny so don't load up the applicator or you'll make a mess. Having warned you, it rarely needs 2 coats. It is fast drying and flexible when cured and very strongly adheres to what it's applied to. I cannot say what it's maximum insulating value is, but I have used it to repair some poor electrical work on 3 phase, 415 Volt and it worked a treat. I had an issue where the wiring that led into a block had been stripped too far back and was showing copper outside the block. There was no slack in the wiring so I could not pull a bit more through and recut and repair the connection to make it safe. Instead, I used this to re-insulate the wires and reconnected them. It worked perfectly.

It took a month and a week to get to my location I live in Missouri and then whenever I got it it didn't coat the wires very good I had to do like seven quotes over one wire so it took like 4 hours just to do one way wasn't really worth the money or the time and could never get a hold of nobody to do anything about it

After applying this to some exposed 12v wires and letting it dry, it flaked off just by touching it.
