Fantastic! There's a bonus routine that uses stretch bands ...
This is the DVD I've been waiting for! Callanetics workouts are usually around an hour but this DVD gives you 5 short workouts that really pack a punch. There's one for each area of the body and also a full on full-body one in under 20 mins. Fantastic! There's a bonus routine that uses stretch bands (not included in the DVD). That's new for callanetics and it's a killer! That's the first workout I did from the DVD and...ouch!!!! Love it! I'm really happy that Callanetics has been relaunched. The 80s videos are great of course, but they look so dated. They work, but it's good to have something modern. Looking forward to the next series. I hope that make it soon!

Lacey Kondi and Callanetics are a winning combo---like peas and carrots or cows and grass! :)
This is my favorite of all my Callanetics/barre-type workout dvds! I love the instructor's calm, confident demeanor. When I scale back on my workouts to do more ladylike, elegant routines, I don't want an instructor who is distracting me from mindful movement with endless, overly-ebullient chatter. Lacey Kondi fulfills her role perfectly! Plus---and it's a big plus---Callanetics works to lean me out when I feel bulky from "weightier" workouts.

Get toned with a busy schedule
There is some instruction but I would say that this is not for beginners. The movements are very quick as they should be so you can get through them in a decent amount of time. There are plenty of other Callanetics DVDs to get you started to learn proper form before you try this one. There is a good mix of newer exercises from Lacey's other DVDs as well as old classic Callanetics moves from Callan's. I have tried all of the sections and am happy with the workout that I get when I'm feeling crunched for time. Anybody can find 20 minutes in their day to exercise. A con would be that this DVD does not have the counter on the screen. She does tell you once in a while how many you have left but I don't see why they are so inconsistent with including the counter.

love it
I did Callanetics a few years ago and it REALLY worked so I wanted to start back up, but I didn't want to do the 45 minute routine, this is great with all the benefits!

same review as Tone Zone
i strained my bicep muscles a week ago, still not 100% - don't rush the exercises - they work but you have to train your muscles first - be gentle with yurself

Best callanetics dvd to date.
I have every callanetics DVD from when they were first developed in the 80s.Been doing these exercises on and off since and they always produce great results.I wanted to give the new versions are try and purchased every DVD in the new range but I must say that this one the callanetics Express has the best program set runs for 17 minutes. If you're wanting to try these new exercises then I recommend this disc highly

Great concise callanetics DVD
For once, we can get that type of DVD in Canada. I was really impressed with the 12 minutes abs routine...really gets to the point. Amazed at the time spent and seeing results that fast. Great DVD with good music and a nice teacher.

Callanetics and more
DVD doesn't have a good flow, but exercises are tough if you want to switch it up.
