I have had three discs replaced in my neck. A regular pillow does not give me the correct support. For four years I have been searching for a pillow that works for me. This pillow is it. This pillow also helps me to sleep on my back as recommended by my physical therapist. The pillow is comfortable, cool and supportive. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck problems.Update: I have been using this pillow for 6 months now. It is still in perfect condition. I paid $60 for it and I noticed that the price has been reduced. Knowing what I know now, I would pay $120 for this pillow and still believe it was a good deal!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pillow. I was really hoping this would be the one. I love the design and the concept but it still elevated my neck too much for back sleeping. My neck pain got worse. I do love the elevated sides for side sleeping and the arm place. If the back portion would have been right I probably would have kept it eventhough the sizing is still not really big enough for a king bed. This one was the biggest I found. So, great quality, sizing could have been a bit bigger, but overall just not right for me. It really comes down to your neck I guess?I ended up getting a shredded memory foam instead which was the opposite of what I thought I needed and I have been sleeping like a dream. It collapses enough for my back sleeping and still supports my side sleeping.

I have had chronic neck pain and stiffness for months and, in desperation, I decided to give this pillow a try. I checked out many other pillows and settled on this one becasue of the return policy and apparent good reviews.After 10 days of using this I can say I am experiencing almost no pain or stiffness upon waking and am sleeping very well. It has been an enormous relief for me. My wife wants one now. I am a side sleeper, but this pilow makes it almost natural to sleep on my back, so I have been experiementing with falling asleep in both positions and seem to get the same benefit.

I had high hopes, but I just can't force myself to like it enough. For back sleeping, the main issue for me is the middle part doesn't go down enough to feel like my neck is aligned properly. My head is up too much. My shoulders feel like they're falling asleep, going numb, from how they push up against the pillow bottom. That would probably be eliminated if there was a shorter size option. For side sleeping, it's hard to get a comfortable spot for my face. It's also easy to suction cup my ear. It would probably help with a more felt-like fabric pillowcase. Also, if I scoot up to the part where the dip is for the side of your face, it's too high up and I'm having the same issue with my shoulder. If I scoot to the edge so that my face isn't smooshed, it starts losing shape and goes down too much. I just can't win with this pillow.

This is a great pillow. I have chronic issues with my neck and this pillow has helped me so much. The instructions tell you to expect a 2 week adjustment period and that is fairly accurate. It definitely feels a little weird at first but it is totally worth it once your body adjusts. It has really improved my sleep and helped drop my pain levels.

Too thin, collapses with any pressure, my neck hurt really bad after night one and I'm fused from c3-c7. Would not recommend!

This pillow is amazing, except that it makes me snore now lol so not so amazing for my husband. I just ordered another for him. My neck pain and sounding like popcorn when i moved is all gone. I was a face sleeper but i have no problem on my back now but I'm mostly on my side. Not everyday but most of them I wake up feeling totally rested.

I bought another cervical neck pillow from Amazon that functioned as described but which was on the hard side for my preference. This pillow is indeed softer but lacks the neck support that I need for my condition. This would be a nice pillow for many people, but if you need to have your neck kept relatively in one position while you sleep on you back or side, there are other pillows that do it better than this one.
