You have misread the description. The bulbs are 1.5 w and replace different bulbs with T5 and T10 Wedge base from 7 to 25 watts equivalent. At any rate, these bulbs are of lower wattage than any of the bulbs you are replacing. Its the lumens that you should be concerned with and if that rating will do the job.

Yes, it happens some time, our bulb;s radio interference level is meet FCC request, only some device is more sensortive than what we can do, so it will be happens interference to other device.

I have the older 11volt Malibu low voltage lighting. My rental has an old 6volt system. Both had the wedge type bulbs. I changed to these LED bulbs in both systems. Same transformers, same wiring, same lights. No flickering. Lights go from a dim amber to bright snow white. Over 2 years now and only 1 bulb failed. Before I was replacing one every other month. Also these new LED are about 2 watts, so you can add more lights with the same transformer.

It depends upon your transformer output voltage. I had two bulbs in series in my address light panel 14 volts AC. I used two 300 lumen maker LED bulbs in parallel bright white 6000k. They were almost too bright and used a little more current than the two incandescents that were in series. I have not tried them in series because I was thinking the voltage drop in a series connection may not allow them to work.
