Q: Is this MFi certified?

No (at least no MFi on the box nor in the markering materials). Does a great job charging several different generations of iPhone, Android, and a laptop (when connected correctly eg C-C or C-lightning). The A adapter is really stiff on the C end of the cable but a firm grip and gentle rocking will allow you to access the C end.

Q: Usb-c supports Android carplay?

Yes . This cable support USB A to lightning or USB C, and USB C to lightning or USB C. Please kindly check your carplay connector. Thanks.

Q: Are u 100% sure this cable is compatible with app,e products?

not positive what 100% sure means but it works for my wife's iphone with their dumb plugs. Allows us to have a charger in the car that works for nearly everything non-Apple as well as Apple's (curiously) proprietary system. This is a useful little cord that works with most devices. Both of our laptops and my Android charge with USB C and her phone charges with apple. Can use USB-A to c, c to C (which is much faster for bigger devices), C to apple, and apple to A or C. I like it enought that I bought a second one.
