Got me out of a hot and sticky situation
My a/c had the best problem a faulty a/c could have....it wouldn't shut off! The issue with that is it would freeze you out in the middle of the night and the thermostat wouldn't be communicate with it. I went through the motions and changed the nest to a standard thermostat,checked wires, changed filters, cleaned coils, ect and nothing was working. Ordered this for $17 and next thing you know thermostat responds and kicks the unit off! Wife wanted me to confirm with an actual company. $125 later a/c guy looks at me after checking everything and says, "I don't see a problem." Well, happy wife...

Easy to install!
So my AC went out. Called an HVAC company and the culprit was the sequencer. He didn’t have one on hand, so he just disconnected the old one so the AC would still work.I asked how much it would be to replace? $200. Ok… so off to Amazon where I find this replacement. I checked the schematics for my furnace, took the old one out, and slapped this one in. Only took like 10 minutes and saved me a bunch of money.
