Works well and decent quality.
This works for cuts of meat around2-1/2” to 3” diameter. I ended up getting some larger size 20 for my larger cuts like big pork loins.

We love the idea that it comes in different sizes. Gives us choices in what we need.
We haven't used the product yet . We'll see when it gets warmer and we can use the smoker to make Salami. It looks great and I'm sure it'll do the job.

Ii use for chicken
I have an Air Fryer and the chicken is just all over the place. My husband thought of this netting for the chicken and it is wonderful. Just stick 2 hind quarters in one cut piece about 6-8" long. Place the rotisarre rod between them and place in air fryer. No more flopping out a chunk of meat or dragging on the bottom.

Great product. Awesome home cooks. Pricey for commercial volume.
Does the job! Pricey but great quality. Holds up every meat roast and braise we make really well and we cook a ton each week for our ramen shop. Wish we could find a similar product that’s cheaper given our volume but so far no luck finding one. So until then, we’ll keep using this one.

Choose the size wisely
I have just started sausage making and couldn't quite find how much this #16 net stretch. After some trails and tribulations I was able to use this #16 to accommodate a piece of meat about 1.8" diameter. It gave the meat reasonably good shape. Seems to me that any meat over 2" diameter would require a larger net size.
