Terrible quality. Very small, does not fit description size. Worst of all is they kept popping and it was almost impossible to fill them up with helium without breaking. Also, they don't look anything like a heart!

TERRIBLE QUALITY! Most of the balloons pop before they are fully blown. Buy QUALATEX better!!!!
