3QT Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven with Loop Handles, Covered Dutch Oven, Enamel Stockpot with Lid, Red

I own a couple of cast-iron pots I inherited from my Mom but they are all 5 quarts. I enjoy cooking in cast-iron but needed a smaller size, since mostly I am cooking for just 2 people these days. This fits the bill. The red color is deep and rich and the size is perfect for cooking side vegetables to go with my main dish. I have cooked everything from meat to popcorn in the pot and it has done a great job with everything except the popcorn. Maybe it is the enamel coating that makes the popcorn not cook as well because popcorn cooks great in my regular cast iron pots and skillets. The pot washes up nicely except when cooking a cheese dish. I made macaroni and cheese in it and it was very difficult getting the cheese washed out of the pop. It was not burned and I actually cooked the dish on top of the stove instead of baking it. Finally, got it clean with much elbow grease. All-in-all, this is a great pot and I would recommend it to anyone. I must note that the pot is heavy. I have arthritis and some days, it can be a challenge to wash because of its heaviness. But it is still worth the purchase.

Very attractive Dutch Oven, easy to clean and store in kitchen drawer. Small size but a bundle of good cooking.

Nothing to dislike! It is perfect! I love the ease of stove top to oven. Bakes everything perfectly golden. I have changed out every Teflon pan in the house for these! My first edition pots are over 16 years old and still going strong!

The silicone grippers are not sufficient for the high temperatures that this pot is designed for.The pan is great!

This Dutch oven appears to be great. I have used it a few times and seems very similar to my Creuset (which is saying a lot). It is very beautiful too. My only negative if you want to call it a negative is that it is heavy. It's not that big either so given its size it is very heavy. But I give a very high rating. The other things that came with it, oven mitts, potholder, not needed but some people might like them.
