Good content but horrific typos.
I really love the contents of this book - it’s down to earth, insightful and realistic. Philip doesn’t shy away from the ‘nitty gritty’ of what an ambulance worker goes through. However, the amount of typos, spelling mistakes and incorrect grammar is insane. It ranges from sentences not making sense due to an incorrect spelling, to missing capital letters. I really think this book needs a bit of a rework and a spell check!

It's critical to care.
Thoughtful and honest insight delivered with frankness and humour. Recommended reading for those curious enough and crazy enough to want to join the Emergency Services. Good job and good read. Highly entertaining.

Loved by the whole family
Amazing book, brought for myself but got a chance to read it the last. Children read it and were amazed with the stories and obvs with the job paramedics do. When you start to read you don't want to stop, very easy going.
