I ordered 3 different brands of jump starters in one order. This was my least favorite of the 3. I went to go back to buy my favorite and it is out of stock with no restock date. Goes to show you - I'm not the only one. I like this one least because: 1) my fav lists a % battery used, this has dot indicators, and 2) I never used it for it's intended purpose - to jump a car, but I used it for it's most practical use which is to charge your phone. I would use it to charge my dead iphone and it turns itself off after a certain amount of time, unbeknownst to me. Left it long enough to charge my phone only to realize it turned itself off after 40%.

Incredible device! I had never heard of it but had a battery in my car I couldn't rely upon. One never knows who might be around when you need a jump and now I don't have to worry. I used this several times to jump start my Lincoln and it never dragged; it fired right up. I also used this to power my cell phone when it was nearly dead and there was no place around to charge it. This device does it all and I recharge it by plugging it into a USB port on my computer. This is so much better than a battery jump box and a lot cheaper. I now keep it in my glove box. If someone were to ask me for a jump I don't have to worry about digging through the piles of stuff in my trunk or getting dirty opening 2 hoods and running cables from car to car that never seem to quite reach. Next time my lawn mover battery dies from lack of use in Winter I can simply bring this to my shed and jump it. This is probably the greatest Christmas, graduation or birthday gift I can think of.

Unfortunately, I received a jump starter that wouldn't hold a charge itself. Once I realized it wasn't working, I emailed RK Power. It was pretty late at night, but I received an email shortly after from Ryan. He was great with communication. After we trouble shot everything he could think of, we came 2 the conclusion it was a dud. Ryan did not hesitate on getting me out a new replacement without waiting 4 the old 2 b sent back. I got confirmation the following day that a new jump starter had been shipped. I received it a few days ago & am pleased 2 say, it works great. I would not hesitate buying from these guys again. Thanks 4 making what could have been a bummer experience into a pleasant one. 😉

My rating went from a 1 to a 5 star review after I had an email exchange with Ryan in Customer Service. The first attempt to start my wife's 2015 Kia Soul failed and I had scheduled a return for a credit. After trying a second time (following another full charge of the battery pack) and making sure I waited 90 seconds after I connected both battery clips securely to the battery posts before I attempted to start the car, the engine. The 2.0 liter engine started on first try. Another tip from Ryan was to use the USB charger connection for 30 minutes to top off the charge on the battery pack every 6-7 weeks. I am leaving the power pack in the glove compartment. A great safety device and I can also use for remote phone /tablet charging. Can't be beat to charge the phone, if your electricity is out. Thanks Ryan for convincing me to try the battery pack a second time!

Let me down when I needed it. I have a 2011 VW Jetta, which is a tiny little 4 cylinder car. Left my lights on working late last night and my car battery was dead when I went to drive home. The RK Power was fully charged (I had just topped it off 2 days prior) and when I connected it to my car battery the interior car lights turned on. I tried to start the car, and it attempted but it didn't have enough juice to turn the engine over once.Only reason it's not 1 star is because it works fine at charging my phone. But that's not why I bought it.

Have been using this for more than a year and cannot tell how many times it has saved us from trying to find a person to kickstart the car highly recommended.

Good value, compared to others I researched. Couldn't get flashlight to work but that's not a deal breaker. Did recharge my phone a couple of times, but thankfully haven't had to jump start my Jeep yet, which is what brought it for.

Really good device to have. I've used it 3 times already. Once, for myself and 2 other times showing it off to others... Buy it, good price too!!!!
