I am 101 pounds, and I usually wear a small in Tshirts. Sometimes an extra small. When I saw you could not order a small, I was concerned. I went on and ordered a Medium, as I had no choice, and since you are sleeping in this, with a ball in the back of it to keep you from sleeping on your back, snoring and sleep apnea, you need to be able to move freely. A small would have been too tight. Some women may made need a large. I was surprised it worked for me, but the material does not move freely as it should when sleeping.

Q: Has anybody found a shirt similar to this for petite women? i'm 5' and weigh 100 lbs. i have the feeling i would swim in a size m for men...

I’m 105 lbs and I ended up using a hair elastic and a dryer ball. Put ball inside nightgown at waist, bunch fabric up around it and stretch hair elastic around ball from outside. Yeah, not wearing a CPAP and not wearing some nasty giant shirt. Hubby getting tired of rolling me on my side to stop my lumberjack snoring 🤣

Q: How many tennis balls can fit in the pouch at one time?

I put three little dog fetch tennis balls at the bottom and two full size tennis balls on top. It completely stops me from rolling over from my side onto my back
