Q: I cant get it to pair. Any suggestions? My phone sees it, but doesnt connect.

I had the same problem. Had to return it for exchange. The new one would pair, but the relays wouldn't work. Ditched it and went with a wireless controller. No problems after that.

Q: Anybody know if there is a password for these? Trying to use it with another app (Garage doors) and it prompts for a passord.

My experience is that they are limited to being used with their app only and are not easily adapted to opensource Bluetooth apps.

Q: For a 12vdc "reversing" motor, must 2 relays be used (1 each direction) or just 1? asked dsd tech support in 02.14.20 email but no answer.

Two relays or a double pull double throw relay will work as you need to reserve both positive and neg leads.

Q: Is a connection schematic available to operate a linear actuator?

Negative. They do have a "website" that you might look at.
