Works well, remotes are much more robust than most "cheap" kits
Used this on a 98 Tacoma and it worked great. You will need to have some knowledge of wiring and probably a factory style diagram for your specific vehicle. The instructions only show what the wire functions are, so you will have to determine where and what to tie into. The kit is well made for the price. The remotes are not the flimsy ones usually seen at this price point.I placed the reciever in the kick panel area under the dash and have no trouble locking/unlocking ~60 feet away.Great kit for those that want to add or restore keyless entry.

Just Don't, Don't Add This.
Unless you are getting it professionally installed & it's a quality alarm like Viper or CompuStar etc. Then do not add this to your car, they deteriorate over time & they're wired into your cars ignition system which can leave you stranded because it thinks you're trying to steal your own vehicle. If anything use it only for a door lock, and leave the 9 out of 11 wires alone. It's good for locking & unlocking but as an alarm it's just one big ass mess that will cost you time & money later on, if you're worried about security than actually buy a quality alarm system & have it professionally installed because these are just a mess & cause more problems than it's worth.
