2 15/16 inch . wheels are rounded transversally.

Q: Do these come assembled?

No. Wheels need to be put on. Easy to do. I have my snowblower off of my garden tractor on it. Moves easily

Q: Does this dolly come assembled or are the wheel shipped separately? The two I received are missing the wheels.

This dolly was not assembled, but the wheels did come in the same package.
