i haven't cooked crawfish before. Would this be good for 60 lbs of crawfish?

This pot is huge but I dont know about putting 60 pounds of crawfish it it. I was split it up in to 20 or 30lbs each so it doesn't over flow. You can use the same water to cook both loads. The longest part of it is getting the water up to boil. Which I would put the potatoes in first. Once it boils, it should take another 20 mins to cook everything else. Hope this helps

What size burner do I need?

A standard size burner is all you need, however I would suggest having some type of barrier against any wind. A pot this large needs direct heat and any variance will significantly increase boil time.
