I previously purchased a product similar from LionRT to monitor my other house in winter for freezing temperatures which I have had for 2 years and works great. But the new one does not work
I ordered this Temps Alert to monitor my house when I am not there in the summer for high temperature and humidity. I previously purchased a product similar from LionRT to monitor my other house in winter for freezing temperatures which I have had for 2 years and works great. But the new one does not work, I can't get it to connect to the internet, the led lights come on when connected to power source through USB, but they do not turn green, red or blue, they stay white. The manual has a phone # to call but when I called, I got a recorded message that it was incorrect. There is also an internet address to for contact info and to obtain a Return Materials Authorizaton# and instructions for returning product. But that only gave me the same phone number as in the manual. I am extremely frustrated because I was hoping to get this set up before I leave to go North in a few days and I have a $130.00 product that does not work and I have no way of recovery!!!
