I like this fucoidan I’ve been buying it on and off for years I also give one to my dog for his immunity

On 2/3/2013 my 11 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer consisting of a very large mass in his abdomen and a spot on one of his lungs. I had taken him to the vet because he refused to eat (and he's food obsessed!) and was lethargic. The vet even mentioned immediate euthanasia as an option but my dog is very special to me and I decided to take him home and spoil him rotten (like he already wasn't!) for his remaining time. I was pretty much resigned to just taking care of him until his time to leave this world arrived. Then I decided it was not time to lay down and die but to fight this cancer with him. I researched and found that Fucoidan had shown some promise as a cancer fighting agent, along with flaxseed. I purchased this brand of Fucoidan and Bob's Red Mill organic ground flaxseed. My [now 12 year old] dog has been receiving one capsule of Fucoidan and 1-2 tablespoons of flax seed every day since about the middle of February. He has steadily improved and his food obsession returned within a couple weeks. There hasn't been one day since he's been on this regimen that he has refused to eat. He is in no pain and even prances around like a puppy. I'm am so grateful that he feels well and I have made his life with cancer better. I don't know if the cancer has slowed or disappeared, but I do know he is once again enjoying life and 6 months after his diagnosis he's still with me. I won't be without Fucoidan for him and have had to replace my supply several times when I thought all I'd ever buy is one bottle. I'm not sure if it's the Fucoidan or the flaxseed, or the combination of both, that have helped him live a normal old dog's life, but I'm also not willing to stop the Fucoidan or flaxseed to find out!

Very good for my 'aches and pains' - possibly due to anti-autoimmune effects of fucoidan.I hope the price does not increase any further & that increase is due to all the pandemic-related difficulties in sourcing and shipping, etc and things will get back to normal soon.

Can’t say enough good things about this product. Gastroenterologist wanted to do surgery to remove part of lower intestines due to severe bouts of diverticulitis. Was in so much pain having diverticulitis attacks almost every other month. Had to take massive doses of 2 different antibiotics to clear infections and was feeling sick all the time. Then, a friend told me about Life Extension Fucoidan and how it helped her with her diverticulitis. I was desperate not to have surgery so I decided to give it a try. 1 bottle later (60 capsules), 2 each day for a month, and I felt so much better! Thought maybe it was a fluke so I continued to take it for 3 more months then returned to the Dr. He was astounded! He couldn’t believe I was feeling so well and hadn’t had an attack in 3 months. He ordered a colonoscopy. No more inflamed intestinal pouches!! I continue to take Life Extension Fucoidan daily (1 capsule instead of 2) and I’ve not had an episode of diverticulitis in over a year! I will never stop taking this product and hope they never stop making it! I even pushed the envelope and started eating nuts and popcorn again. I fully expected to have a flare as I’d been told by the Dr. to stop eating these foods and I had not eaten them for over 2 years. I was fine!! So glad to be able to enjoy these foods again. I have tried other types of natural anti-inflammatories — tumeric, oil of oregano, omega 3’s — but nothing worked like the Fucoidan!

High quality product , with LE's reputation backing it.I have not used it alone . but a few time in combination with NOW's AHCC 750mg as a quick fix to prevent illness the few times I felt like I was coming down with step or the flu. worked like magic.subjectively I do feel it added a measurable boost to the immune response. very synergistic.and this is how I will continue to use it, so I cannot comment on its efficacy as a as a stand alone for now at least...otherwise, excellent

The 2 bottles that I purchased were outdated by 8 months. That is why I gave it 3 stars. Other than that I am taking it and hoping it is doing what Fucoidan is supposed to do. Time will tell.
