Even better than I expected! Cool features
Ordered this product as I was in need of a thermometer at my house (lost mine in a semi-recent move). Coincidently, the man of the house ended up sick the same day this was delivered. Needless to say, he ended up fever-free, but we were happy to test the thing out. It was very easy to use and gave a reading in a matter of seconds!! While it's simply convenient for us adults, this will come in handy when using it on a finicky sick child as in the past I've hated having to sit and wait & try to hold other thermometers in place in a sick, squirming child's mouth. It beeps when the temp is ready to read so you don't have to worry about staring down at it constantly. Also, prolly my favorite feature, is that the end is bendable. When ordering it, it just seemed like it made it cool and funky, but when I tested my own temperature I realized it actually made it a lot more comfortable to hold under your tongue without feeling like you're stabbing your self. Again, this is going to be super awesome on sick kiddos! I like to run the thermometer under hot water after using it as extra cleaning precaution and when I did this before turning it off, I realized another neat feature: the thermometer makes a special noise (different than the one it does to tell you it's finished and ready to read the temp) to indicate a fever! Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase & would buy it again and recommend it to others even though it's an off-brand I wouldn't normally have noticed!

Accurate but low beeping when finished
The thermometer seems accurate but I was disappointed in the beep when it is finished taking your temperature. While my hearing is above normal and nothing is wrong with it, the beeps were very very low and you really had to listen carefully to hear them and have no other noise in the room. I guess I'm used to the Vicks Flex that makes a loud series of beeps and is as accurate as this is. Frankly, I wish I had gotten it instead of this one.But if a low beeping sound doesn't bother you, this is a good thermometer and seems accurate.

Updated Medical Digital Thermometer review
Update on earlier review. Tonight we compared this to the Exergen Temporal scanner again. Now we are within about 0.3 degrees from it with this one. So, given that the rating goes from 3 to 4 stars as the on off button is still a bin finicky. All in all, seems like and OK thermometer and I like the beeping sound to tell when reading is completed.

Incorrect AND inconsistent.
Total junk. I bought this and decided to test it right out of the box and it is both incorrect (readings were wrong by 3-4 deg. F) and inconsistent (took temperatures three times and the wrong readings varied by 1 deg. F between each time). DO NOT BUY.

pure junk waste of time and money
does not make any sound at all. Supposed to "beep" to let you know if it is working and when it reaches your temp. Does not make any sound. Have no idea whether it shows accurate temp or not or how long you are supposed to leave it in your mouth (or wherever). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS.

Accurate and fast
The thermometer is easy to use, and gave an accurate reading very fast. However I'm looking for an online instruction page. I misplaced the Instructions so I can't enjoy all the features. Could you find a way to get me a copy?

Doesn’t do its job
Not accurate and therefore not reliable. Since we bought it, the temperature is always a lot lower than it should be. I wouldn’t buy this thermometer again.It looks nice and is easy to use, but it doesn’t do its job.
