Q: Can anyone tell me what the thickness is optimal?

The 0.75” ones are thick and cushy compared with previous thinner mats I bought. Since they’re bigger they’re a bit more of a cabinet blocker and look a bit more in-your-face cushiony than the thinner ones, but they definitely feel nice. It depends on your needs, of course, but the 0.75” feels pretty great and I’ll definitely opt for the thicker mats in future purchases as well.

It's good for standing longer duration, I ordered it to use with my standing desk, and is working as expected.

Poor quality product

I paid around 4500+ INR for this one and I also bought another one in RED color in a different brand mat (LifeKrafts Anti Fatigue Floor Mat) for just 2500+. I like the RED one better quality and has more cushion than this one. Better avoid this one. Save money.
